A: The Moline Regional Community Foundation proudly serves communities across Scott County in Iowa, as well as Henderson, Henry, McDonough, Mercer, and Rock Island counties in Illinois. Based in the Quad Cities, our home office is conveniently located in downtown Moline, where we work to connect generosity with meaningful impact throughout the region.
